Delivery Information

All orders are despatched by a next working day service.

Orders of £40 or more are delivered free of charge to mainland England, Wales and parts of southern Scotland (zone 1). On orders of less than £40 there is a delivery charge of £4.99. Delivery is usually next working day, although we cannot guarantee this.

Orders to zone 2 (Isle of Wight, Highlands & Islands of Scotland) and zone 3 (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly) are usually delivered within 2-4 working days from despatch.

Premium delivery services are only available to zone 1.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track my order?

Yes. The email you received confirming despatch of your order includes a link to the consignment tracking information on the carrier website, unless it is sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Alternatively, visit your My Account page, access the My Orders section and view the order you wish to track. From within the Shipments tab use the link to 'Track this delivery'

What happens if I am out when my order arrives?

Most orders require that somebody is in to accept delivery. If no-one is available the carrier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Who do I contact if my order is late or does not arrive?

Addresses in mainland England, Wales and parts of southern Scotland normally receive deliveries on the next business day following despatch of the order. Address in other areas normally receive deliveries between 2 and 4 working days after despatch. Please check the post codes zones list for further information.

If you believe your order is late then please use the Contact Form to notify us and our customer care team will take responsibility for investigating and resolving the matter.

I changed my mind about a product I bought and I would like to return it.

No problem, provided you have not used it simply use the returns page to notify us within 30 days of receiving the item and then return it for a full refund.

My order is damaged or incomplete.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order by using the Contact Form or by emailing us at customer.services@diydirect.com and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
