30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy means that if you change your mind about an item you have bought and you have not used it, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. After you have received the returns confirmation and instructions from us, return the unused item to us within 14 days in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected it we can refund you.
If an item develops a fault and you received it less than 30 days ago you can return it to us and we will either replace it with a brand new one or we will give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you received the item more than 30 days ago, please check whether it has a manufacturer warranty or the manufacturer offers a helpline, as this will provide the fastest solution. If the item does not have a manufacturer warranty we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and depending on the circumstances, we may offer to repair or replace the item.
You can cancel an order any time between receiving the order confirmation email and receiving the order despatch confirmation email. Notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and including your name, order number and a brief explanation and we will do our best to stop it being despatched. If we cannot stop it being despatched then once you receive the order please follow the instructions below to return the order for a full refund.
How Do I Return An Item?
In My Account, select ‘My Returns’ and follow the instructions shown on the page. Exchange is only available when the item is either faulty or was sent in error AND it was delivered within the last 30 days. We can only exchange for an identical, like-for-like item.
