A Message To Our Customers
Hardware stores have been classed as essential retailers, so we are continuing to process orders. However, the safety of our customers and staff is our absolute priority and we have implemented measures to ensure this.
Order Processing Times
We are operating with much-reduced staffing levels to ensure our staff can comfortably maintain safe distancing, although this does mean that it is taking us up to 2-3 working days to process and despatch orders rather than our usual same-day despatch service.
Our delivery partners Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Fedex have put measures in place to ensure the safety of all parties by operating a non-contact, safe-distance delivery service. If you have particular requirements (e.g. you are self-isolating and cannot open your front door) then we suggest you leave an appropriate message on your front door to advise the delivery driver.
Delivery Lead Time
Every delivery service in the country is operating with reduced staffing levels combined with unusually high demand. We are unable to confirm how long it will take between an order leaving us and arriving with you but please be prepared for the possibility of some delays.
Returns are also subject to delays in processing but please be assured that they will be dealt with as quickly as is possible under the current circumstances.
