Carriage bolts are designed to fasten metal to metal, wood to wood, or more commonly, wood to metal. These 25mm carriage bolts M8 refer to 25mm length and 8mm diameter, perfect for home DIY and local trade use. The domed head helps prevent loosening and to stop it being pulled through the construction.
